Congratulations to our Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer, Clarence “Andy” Nowlin, for being awarded the Outstanding Diversity Champion Award by Columbus Business First.

Nowlin established LifeCare Alliance’s inaugural Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee to foster an environment that does not just acknowledge diversity, but actively celebrates it. Functioning as a proactive force, the DEI committee encourages and finds creative ways to continue LifeCare Alliance’s commitment to an inclusive workplace.

For more information, read the story in Columbus Business First.
