LifeCare Alliance’s diabetes services help central Ohioans living with diabetes detect their condition, prevent onset and complications, and learn to live well.
Diabetes is the most common chronic disease in the U.S. and the leading diagnosis reported by LifeCare Alliance Meals-on-Wheels clients
While there is no cure for diabetes, it can be managed so that people can live with more hope, security, and independence.

Schedule an appointment with a LifeCare Alliance registered dietitian

LifeCare Alliance registered dietitians provide the expertise and care you need to best manage your disease. Diabetes education and counseling, individualized coaching, and medical nutrition therapy help you lower and manage blood sugar levels to help prevent complications from diabetes. Dietitians can also customize clients’ home delivered meal plans to match nutritional needs.

Appointments are available at our offices, via telehealth, or in-home (Franklin County only). We’ll bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Patients often see no direct cost for this service.
