Nominate a Volunteer for the LifeCare Alliance Spirit Awards!

Presented to an individual, family, or group who has demonstrated outstanding support and has shown a commitment to the mission and values of a LifeCare Alliance program area.

Presented to a Corporate Partner who has adopted a Meals-On-Wheels route. Up to five awards may be awarded each year, one for each of the counties in which we deliver Meals-On-Wheels (Franklin, Champaign, Logan, Marion, and Madison).

Presented to an outstanding youth or group of youths in our community. Award recipients have proven leadership skills, possess the ability to recruit others to become volunteers, and are dependable individuals with caring hearts.

Recognizes a school for outstanding volunteer efforts to LifeCare Alliance. Award recipients display proven leadership skills, possess the ability to recruit others to become volunteers, and are dependable individuals with caring heart swho willingly reach out to older adults in their community.

Presented to a group, club, organization, or church for long-term commitment to LifeCare Alliance. Honorees are reliable, conscientious, and dedicated to their homebound neighbors.

Presented to a local elected official in recognition of his/her support and dedication to the programs of LifeCare Alliance.

Presented to an individual, group, or organization who steps up and offers significant support during one of LifeCare Alliance's holiday programs.

Presented to an individual or company who provided outstanding assistance and commitment to the mission and values of LifeCare Alliance. In honor of Samuel L Black, Frank Stoddard Raper, Clara Orton, Harriette Goodspeed, and Mary Orr.

This award is presented each year to a company that, through its stewardship, demonstrates outstanding commitment to quality, independent living.
