Employee Benefits Overview

Health Care Benefits
LifeCare Alliance offers all full-time employees and their eligible dependents affordable and competitive health care and prescription benefits. Health care benefits are effective the first day of employment.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
This savings account lets you set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses (Deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and some other expenses).

Vision Benefits
Eligible employees may enroll in the vision plan. Vision benefits are effective the first day of the month following the first day of employment.

Dental Benefits
Employees that work 20 hours or more are eligible for dental benefits. Employees and eligible family members may select dental benefits, which are effective the first day of the month following the first day of employment.

Retirement Plan 403 (b)  Everhart Advisors & Findley Davies Inc.
Securities and investment advisory services are available to LifeCare Alliance employees. Employees may set up a retirement account and manage their finances with the assistance of a representative.

Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Unum Accidental Insurance and Whole Life Insurance is available to employees that have 90 days of service and work a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Long Term/Short Term Disability
LifeCare Alliance pays long term and short term disability insurance premiums for all employees have 90 days of service and work 30 hours per week.

Maternity and Paternity Leave
Employees who have one year of service and worked an average of at least 20 hours per week over the previous 12 months are eligible for maternity or paternity leave.

Employee Assistance Program
Employees are eligible for three (3) free confidential counseling sessions for themselves and for eligible dependent family members. Employees have access to trained and licensed mental health professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Employee Events
LifeCare Alliance recognizes the employees with periodic special events, often catered by our own L.A. Catering.

Full-time employees receive eight (8) paid holidays per year:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth (Floating holiday), Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off
LifeCare Alliance understands employees need to balance their work and personal life.  A part of this balance includes the need to take time away from work. LifeCare provides Paid Time Off for full-time employees to use for vacations, personal time, sick leave, holidays and short term disability.

Commercial Discounts
Employees are eligible for discounts at AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and Hertz.
