Description
March Topic: National Nutrition Month: Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day
This nutrition class is presented by LifeCare Alliance Registered Dietician Ashley Denton. Join us for the March session on eating right. At the end of each class, participants are given the opportunity to sample a healthy recipe, which corresponds with the monthly discussion topic. No registration necessary. Classes are free, but donations are always welcome!
