Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) allows low-income seniors in Central Ohio to obtain produce from local farmers. 2010 Coupon Distribution Information After July 31, 2010, we are no longer accepting applications for the waiting list for this year. Thank you for your interest in the program. Please check back in Spring 2011 for information on next year's program. Downloads for the 2010 program Funding for this program comes from the US Department of Agriculture and the Ohio Department of Aging. The program is administered in central Ohio by LifeCare Alliance and the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging. This program is also available to older adults residing in Fairfield, Fayette, Licking, Madison and Pickaway counties. Call one of the contact numbers listed above for more information about obtaining coupons in one of these counties.
