Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) allows low-income seniors in Central Ohio to obtain produce from local farmers.

After July 31, 2010, we are no longer accepting applications for the waiting list for this year.

Funding for this program comes from the US Department of Agriculture and the Ohio Department of Aging. The program is administered in central Ohio by LifeCare Alliance and the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging.
