My Father has been receiving Meals-on-Wheels for approximately two years. My father has the beginnings of Alzheimers and is 80 year old. My mother who is 87 has vertigo and cannot be on her feet very long. Meals-on-Wheels has been a great help to both. He looks forward to his daily delivery. It really helps to keep hem independent so far. Thank you to the men and women who deliver the food. – Joseph
This is a small contribution to Meals-on-Wheels for you to apply where it is currently needed. Your staff and the delivery volunteers are mainstays of my life. Often the only people I see for days. Meals-on-Wheels have done so much for me and did so much for Laverne. I couldn’t have managed her the last month of her life without the special meals. If you get to take field trips - my door is always open to you. In fact, it would be a pleasure to see you. I have had a lot of appointments and I have always called to cancel when need be. It always works. I have my doctors and other personnel trained to keep 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. free. It works! Thanks to you and your staff. - Elaine
The meals I receive from LifeCare (Meals-on-Wheels) are just great! I enjoy the company, and the people who deliver are very compassionate and caring. I am a widow lady who lives alone. I am 83 years old. I have come to depend on Meals-on-Wheels. I am so glad there is a program out there to give me a little company and a good meal every day. Everyone is so pleasant when they come to my home. I am so blessed. - Goldie
I have been able to manage to continue to take care of my family of seven because of the Groceries-to-Go program. I believe without Groceries-to-Go I wouldn’t be able to succeed at this task. I am unemployed and receive very little assistance from the government. Thank you! - Kecia
I’m sending this Transportation Form in this card because it’s a celebration of my two year check up with Dr. Povoski and the mammogram results are FREE and CLEAR – two of the greatest words a survivor can hear! I now have my melenoma check up in mid March – so two down and one to go!! Much of my survival good news is due to the Columbus Cancer Clinic – it was the mammogram there that found the early stage diagnosis in 2007. Thank you all for the support and care you give us! - Victoria
