Volunteers need to be caring and supportive of the LifeCare Alliance mission to keep older adults and the chronically ill independent and at home. They need to be reliable and able to honor their commitment to volunteer. The volunteers will attend an orientation and yearly trainings provided by the agency and follow the agencies policies and procedures.
