LifeCare Alliance launched a campaign to identify and recruit companies who would allow their employees to deliver meals during their lunch hours. The Program is marketed as a great team building experience for companies who may adopt a route and for the existing companies; they feel the employees' who serve as volunteers have shown improved morale. It was also a way for corporations to provide in-kind support to LifeCare Alliance. Each time a paid route converts to a Corporate Meal Route, it saves LifeCare Alliance about $12,000 a year.
