The Cardinal Health Visiting Pharmacist helps our homebound clients manage their medicines by conducting a thorough review of all prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and herbal preparations.
The Visiting Pharmacist is available to answer questions regarding if prescription medications conflict with one another or to be certain that the patient has all their necessary medications.
